Came with the tables oily and wet. We asked many times to wipe the table , they didn’t even came to wipe. We ordered refilled drinks, when we ask for refills he came with tray and told we needed to bring our cup to the counter and they will refill it. Excuse me?! We paid service charge! Rude!

Super duper slow service ! Waited 35mins then only knew they didn't know I did my order online? They got 4 customers only at that time including my family!!! And why the hell they made up online order if they couldn't trace it !!! Very lazy staffs, always avoid eye contact, need to call them many times till they came to me. Poor service, it's lucky they don't put negative star here. And what's wrong with upper management ? So many bad reviews but no action taken.
