There are a number of street parking bays along the high street and several other larger car parks (such as Trap's Hill which is a few minutes walk away) which all charge around £0.10/30mins, £0.80/1hr, £1.60/2hrs, £3.20/3hrs and £10/3+hrs from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, and are then free outside these times.

Ethan was such a horrible boy. He had his airpods in the whole time and was just a disgrace to the company. I will not be returning whilst he still works there. I always see him around smoking cannabis which makes me uncomfortable as I have heard he is in a gang. I have ended up walking out before ordering as he was making me feel really stressed out.

I have never been to a Nando’s and had such bad treatment. No greeting at the door, ignored by manager Adam, and the only member of staff who spoke to me was a server asking if I made an order or was waiting for a table! Absolutely DISGUSTING! If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve made a complaint in restaurant! But I doubt they would’ve had the staff to deal with my complaint!

I had the fino pitta and the rest of the family shared a platter. Service was excellent especially Rahaul from the moment we arrived he was so attentive. Absolutely outstanding!

3 of us went to nandos on a Friday night with a young child. We were served all evening by Raoul who was incredibly helpful. Gave me options to order at the till as I couldn’t find what I wanted on the app, went back and forth a number of times to serve us. I actually didn’t see him stop working the entire time I was there. I don’t think he even stopped for 5 minutes. Incredibly helpful and very polite. I hope you appreciate the great staff you have in such a difficult environment.

I ate mouth watering chicken wrap with peri peri chips. My friend ate a vegetarian option and commented on how lovely it was. We travelled by bus which was ideal so no parking trouble.

There were 3 of us all ordered different, walked in nd wasn't greeted at all nd say our self's...
Table was clear but sticky... No staff around to ask... Went up to order nd young girl on phone taking a order... But she was cut off nd asked me to wait because they would ring back...
4 boneless thighs. Half of chicken nd double chicken burger...
Noticed more staff in kitchen than on the floor....

This branch is about 7 minute walk from Loughton underground station, on a corner of the main high street behind a huge tree. The tree blocks the Nando's sign if facing it but it provides shade in the spring/summer for the large outside seating area. There is a car park for maybe six cars next door in the Majestic wines? Car park.. Can't remember if that's what it was. There is a Topps Tiles nearby also which offers free wi-fi but you need to register...

Parking is terrible as only a few spots for nandos customers and parking restrictions in place daytime evening time is still very busy due to local night life but that is only downside. I've been so many times I must have had all items on menu staff are great couldn't be more helpful!

We knew that the new Nando's in Loughton had experienced some teething problems early on, but I'm happy to say those days seem to be over!

There are quite a few stand-out characteristics which impress at this former car dealership. There's a large outdoor seating area with some tables half inside and half outside, ideal when it's hot and the restaurant front is opened up!

Having not had enough Nando's the day before, I decided to stop into this new Nando's for another bite to eat... I'd also never been to Loughton before, but it seemed like a nice little Essex town!

Nothing Great - I was keen to try out the new Nandos that had only just opening in Loughton. The welcoming staff were friendly and we were seated within 10 minutes and told the wait for food was 30 minutes. We were seated next to the wash barrel???? so had lots of people washing there hands inches from my back, not very nice.
