I have a very bad experience with Nandos Long street to be specific I placed an order at 12:18 my order was supposed to be delivered at 13.05 and it was delivered at 14:10... I called countless times with no pick up and finally after an hour later someone decided to answer and told me to they cannot find my order,mind you my lunch is an hour between 1pm and 2pm. my lunch was busy gallivanting Cape Town CBD and when you guys decided to deliver my food was too cold I could not even eat my fries, chicken burnt. I'm so disgusted with your service and I would never advise anyone to buy from Nandos. This was my last time.
