Really disappointed at the service of the manger Daniel in there today extremely unhelpful considering I explained I had anaphylaxis allergies I need it plain as can be then brings my meal out with peri salt all over it. Really poor service also not welcoming at all. The staff in kitchen very poor as well standing talking and swearing really disappointed with the Nando’s today!

Having hired a car at Edinburgh airport, I thought I'd head out of the city a bit to an unvisited Nando's. Unfortunately this was my most disappointing Scottish Nando's to date!

Our first visit to nandos was a huge success. The visit with my 5 daughters and my mum was for my youngest daughters birthday and was a need after the recommendations she had received from her friends at school and rightly so IT WAS AMAZING. Our family favourite had to be the peri peri chips and although they were spicy for the younger children they couldn't help them self from eating through the four portions we had to buy as they were so delicious.

A quick trip in and out of Edinburgh airport meant a stop off at Livingston Nando's! This one is located pretty much inbetween The Centre and Livingston Designer Outlet parks. Parking is plentiful and is generally charged between 8am and 6pm Mon-Sun at £1.50/1hr, £2/2hrs, £2.50/3hrs, £3/4hrs, £4.50/5hrs and upwards from there. Livingston SOuth train station is about 2 miles away. A Vue cinema is on the retail parks.

Women on the till was very slow, think she was in training. Pleasant enough but made several errors. Food took ages to arrive but was good when arrived. Chicken wrap with halloumi, hot, with chips and spicy rice and my favourite...perinaise

Every time i enter Nandos with my family i feel so happy, people and staff are smiling, every ones happy! The food is just exquisite! The chicken is always cooked too perfection and is always nice and juicy! My mum works for the NSH so we get a discount! And it is so conveniently located near the car park, its just a 5 minute walk to and from the car 10000000000000/10 for nandos <3

What a disappointment this store is! When heading to it don't follow sat nav completely but head to the M and S / Matalan / cinema car park which is only 50p for 2 hours which you can get back if you spend £5 in Matalan.

no student discount in any scottish branch i am told so poor when everywhere else nearby does. and burnt chicken on the edges and a 25 min wait for food to been cooked

Gone WAAAYYYYY down hill, for some reason the chicken is always dry and burned to a crisp since at least January.. Used to be the best, now it's just pish.
