Lincoln - Blaynos Review
The date is an estimate - just catching up a few reviews from around the country while on work.
My go-to Nando's meal when travelling for work has become the boneless platter; butterfly chicken, thighs and then peri chips, corn, garlic bread and sweet potato wedges - oh, and double halloumi too. Lincoln city centre is a bit of a maze with winding and some pedestrian streets but this Nando's is definitely one of the more picturesque ones in England, overlooking the river(?). It's easily walking distance from the station at the heart of the town centre in what looks like a regenned area.
Staff were very friendly and I had the pick of several seats - I asked to sit up by the window; and food came quickly too. Made a butterfly burger with the garlic bread and smothered it in sauce - all the chicken was cooked well as were all the sides, especially the halloumi! Peri chips were copious although the sweet potato wedges did look a bit weedy - and I'm not personally a fan of the seeds that come with it. But all in all, this was an excellent Nando's visit.
