I received excellent customer service at Leigh Nandos with my young daughter and her friend. A glass had been knocked over and smashed and the staff went over and above ensuring we were OK. They gave us a fresh meal and also ice cream. What could have easily turned in to a embaressing experience for my daughter was completely changed by the server, they were empathetic and understanding. My daughter has autism and it really made a difference to her experience and confidence in a negative situation. Thank you.
