Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
Well, I worked in this branch for exactly four years and a half. I came here after 6 years of leaving this branch! Mike Gunby was my manager first two things he focused on were presentation and hygiene. We were never that bad, waited outside for about 10 min, only4 tables were occupied, people came after us; yet they had to wait as well.
The food, when the food came the chips portion was not warm to the standards we learnt,a portion of chips was on top of the rice portion which was absolutely unhygienic. The quarter chicken was 90% bone i think it was regent chicken. While we were eating the nandocas were cleaning the floor( as in preparation for closing) and ignoring everyone who were waiting at the tills. Also, no one bothered to double check if we needed anything, we did need extra food though and we did want to order desserts but no one asked.
Note: the manager changed my rice.
I can not believe how Nandos freeman’s common park has gone down the hill.
