It's normally very busy, queuing out of the door! My partner and I managed to sneak a table. Staff were polite and up for a laugh which I like, meals were rather standard which is fine, restaurant was kept clean and the food arrived at a decent time. Good restaurant, however due to it being in a busy shopping centre I recommend being clever with the time you select to go.
