Olivia at the counter taking orders was super friendly and extremely smiley and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. So refreshing. Five stars and 10/10

Absolutely filthy! Furniture shabby. Floors disgusting, looked like they hadn’t swept up for days. Drink station dirty, sticky floor. Food lukewarm. Dust on light fittings gross! Sticky table.

This was a visit where nine family members were meeting up to celebrate our youngest daughter’s 29th birthday . Harvey was particularly patient, cheerful and accommodating when we placed a large and mixed order of starters and mains . Aylish was so cheerful when she served us and accommodated our request to celebrate with a birthday cake that we brought with us .

Parking no problem. Staff and Manager all went above and beyond to help us have very a pleasant and enjoyable evening. Dealt with the problem of chicken liver dish being too hot - found out if possible to have without chilli and when it wasn’t brought a very nice alternative. A credit to the Nando’s organisation.

Ordered 2 starters only one came the other came with the cold mains! Why do you cook the mains and then leave them to just sit there on the counter before giving them to paying customers? I like my food hot! Not like warm! They had 6 staff just standing about talking to each other I stood at till waiting to order while they were all just stood talking to each other! They even turned round looked at me + carried on talking!! I won’t be back!!

The last open Nando’s to visit! :-D

This is on the new The Springs retail park on the new Thorpe Park complex just off J46 of the M1 and offers three hours free parking. The nearest train station is Cross Gates - about 1.5 miles away.

Arrived here about 2pm and it was very busy - with a 15 minute wait for a table, 10 minutes queue for food and a 25 minute wait for the food to come.
