Had an awesome meal at Nando’s, but what really stood out was the service. Nick was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. Food was amazing as always—shoutout to Nick for making it even better!

Our second Nandos in as many days and this one wasn't quite as good as yesterday. The restaurant is conveniently located right in the heart of the city centre, and luckily had a few outside tables which meant we didn't have to leave the dog in the car. A few drops of rain made it less than ideal though, but that wasn't Nandos' fault!

450th UK Nando's! :'D

This Nando's is in Lancaster town centre right by the Castle and Grand Theatre. Just five minutes walk from the train station. Council car parks are plentiful and will cost £1.20/30mins, £2.20/1hr, £3.30 2hrs and upwards from there.

Arrived here last afternoon mid-week and was surprised at how busy it was with a 10 minute wait for a table. It's a long thin branch - very colourful.

We had been a week or 2 ago and found our experience not up to it's usual standard and we was served by a rather rude man who did smell of drink. Today's visit was back to its best. Consistent and organised and we really enjoyed our food. We didn't get a chance to see the manageress but she did thank us and gave us a smile. We will be back!

Super friendly service and really made an effort to seat us as soon as possible as we were going to the theatre. Nice atmosphere!

Visited with my hubby, 4 year old and 9month old. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel very welcome and the staff couldn’t do enough to help me find space for the baby and the pram. The food came quickly and the chips were piping hot which was so nice! Restaurant is very clean. This is genuinely one of the nicest Nando’s I’ve visited (and we visit a lot…but down south where we live now).
