Good morning
I had a bad experience on morning of 16 June 2025. I ordered and asked if they do coffee they said no. I asked if I cud get from next door Burger King...the cashier said ok. So they didn't have ..I got it from the garage across. And in the meantime a gentleman walked in with a hot drink in his hand and sat down. I assumed it was all ok . When I came back with the coffee the Manager came to me and said rudely it's not allowed! By which time now the food is getting cold and I hadn't even started eating! He was so RUDE with no management skills at all. And there was no one else in there at the time. If hot drinks are not allowed in dine in then the staff shud not be walking in and sitting where all the diners sit . So I don't think I'm wrong in complaining and it's so cold and we supposed to buy a COLD drink!!! I have no complaints about the food but I will not be going back there again . Then another Co worker stood there and stared at me the whole time while I was eating that I am not having the coffee. I got up and left I was so uncomfortable!!!!!! Very very unhappy and frustrated!!!
