This was the second time that I have visited this branch in a week, I decided to go on the way home from Uni as I was really hungry! This was about 17:30. I discussed the Decor in a previous review so I won't bother talking about that.

It wasn't very busy in there and I got seated immediately opposite the tills, I got up immediately to order since there was no queue. The Nandoca who served me was very friendly and smiley, though it took him a while to find the card to get the money off for my free half chicken I got from my loyalty card, but I don't mind the wait as long as I get my chicken! I usually prefer butterfly chicken but when it's free I may as well get it? I got my drink and headed back to my table and the food arrived immediately! Very quick service! I also noticed that by the time I was back the queue had grown a lot so I picked a good time to order!

The reason for the quickness was obvious though, my chips were just slightly warm, as was my garlic bread, and the chicken was considerably burnt, so bad food today, but as I say - A bit of extra-extra hot sauce on it and everything tastes amazing! But dispite the poor food I still enjoyed it, as I do every visit to Nando’s.

I didn’t get asked if everything was ok with my meal either, which was odd, but maybe this was because I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

So, disappointing food, friendly staff, good located branch! Good to go to if you’re at Kings Cross.
