Been a couple of times recently as we have had family over, your disabled toilet is massive but doesn’t have a baby changer in there so on the occasions that we have been we have had to take our child out to the car to change there nappy.

Our recent visit we picked Friday night to attend for a family meal. We decided to order on the app as we thought that it would be quicker. We quickly realised that this was not the case because when we received our order confirmation email it turned out that our meal would not be ready until 9pm, had this been communicated to us before we sat down that there was an hour wait for food we would not have stayed. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30pm.
We waited over an hour for a drinks to arrive.
Eventually when our food came. The young man that brought our food said here is some of it the rest will be here shortly. Didnt feel much like a family dinner as my partner had to start to eat his half received ordered meal because it would have been cold had he waited.
When my food eventually arrived it was cold but felt like I could ask for it to be redo due to the time it has take for the food to arrive. We waited a further 25 mins for sides that still didn’t arrive when we asked the young man about the sides he said I don’t no I have just been given this to give to you, and by 9:30 I went to the register and ask to speak to the manager for my money back.
I felt that uber door dash and menu log orders were more of a priority than people actually sat down eating in the restaurant even though we are both equally as important.
