Our waiter Kai was absolutely lovely! So attentive, and made the whole experience feel extra special. We went for the chicken and stayed for the service! 10/10 vibes! Will defiantly be back

Came in for dinner after work and got the best customer service from kai our waiter in the Newbridge shop was extremely friendly and good crack and the food was lovely

Waiting 15 mins at the door without so much as a staff member looking in our direction. Finally catch one (of 4 staff working including a manager) attention who then proceeds to tell us it’s a 25 minute wait for a table even with lots of free tables in sight. Severely understaffed for a Friday night, no cutlery and when asked for some by another customer, the waitress brought out one singular fork. Terrible communication & standards.

Used the app to order, ordered the mushroom, 5 minutes later we were told it wasn't available and would we like to order something else in its place, we opted for 3 wings which was accepted....then a manager came down and said no due to the price difference so we said to refund the mushroom.
