Jack in the Santry restaurant was kind, friendly and attentive. We were table 12 and couldn’t fault him!

It’s great when someone has a friendly smile, interacts and checks in.

Mac n cheese was congealed and crispy on top. Chicken was under cooked, rice was over cooked.sent parts of the meal back to be replaced.
Overall very disappointing
Staff were very distracted and not very attentive. We were left waiting at the tills for almost 5 minutes before being served.

Got loaded fries and they where cold and hard and fino pitta chicken was black and found some green on the side of chicken

Very disappointing have been to other Nando’s many of times and never had this

The staff working on the 12/09/2025 around 2pm deserve a rise, they were so nice to my and my mam, it was our first time in the Nando’s

Disappointing visit. Very few customers wearing masks and not approached by staff members. 2 staff members also not wearing face shield or mask.

This store at the Omni shopping centre was impressive, with lots of parking serving it and many of the surrounding stores and IMC cinema.

Double height glass frontage gives way to a second floor set back from the front which contains the toilets and offices, bright colours and a mixture of booths and tables and chairs. Lots of great decoration and character and clean toilets.
