The service was amazing, and our food arrived very early like in 10 min after our order

The staff named Laidy was very helpful and she always welcome me and my family, with a smile on her face. She is a star. Every time I go to Nandos and she is there, I feel welcomed.

I had 4 chicken thighs, with garlic bread and peri salted chips. The service was incredible and Waitress ‘Lauren’ was exellent, she was super polite and worked with a smile on her face, and was super helpful with making our nandos experience great. Thank you

The Catering was very good, especially from. Waitress Lauren Dye. She made us feel very welcome and made sure everything was okay and was super friendly.

I ordered my delivery at 20:10 after two hours I called to find out where my order was, they told me it was delivered an hour ago according to their lying ass delivery driver. Ohh and to top off the fact were hungry we won't recieve our money back for five to seven days . Thanks for nothing Nandos!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice food. Nice atmosphere. One massive grudge though tables very close together allowing staff meetings to be held very close to customers trying to enjoy our meal. Really disappointing to be hearing discussions of job interviews that had just taken place. Seriously breaking data protection!! One waitress stood very close to our table discussing a previous customer complaint which I can only imagine it was with the manager.

Three of us travelled to Ipswich from London on a Wednesday afternoon. To be fair, getting there on train was pretty expensive, even with a group saver discount involved. Still, it was neither the most expensive trip I've taken to a Nando’s, nor the furthest. After just oven an hour on the train, we were in Ipswich for Nando’s 95. The route from the station to the restaurant isn't exactly a pretty one.

Stock more veggie burgers, 3 disappointed customers with nothing to eat but sub-standard over priced salads. You clearly need to catch up with the growing demand for vegan and vegetarian products, you are over stocking chicken and having to throw it away or give it to Food - Recycling networks, people are starting to wake up and become ethical consumers. the don't want your animal carcasses anymore the want real, wholesome, ethical food.

How does a restaurant known for chicken run out of chicken?? A complete joke. Yes, I understand its Easter Monday...but the manager should of ordered extra of everything knowing this. We only had 2 sides to chose from. No ketchup all for chips either.
Brought friends from out of town and were completely embarrassed after praising about Nando's.

Ipswich Nando's is found on a Leisure Park that is also home to a Cinema and other eateries - and is also only a 5 minute stroll from Rileys and also Ipswich Town FC, so especially of an evening, it is busy (or at least was when I was there!). There is also free parking within the complex and from what I remember, quite a few spaces. I think the complex may have been built on a brownfields site as there did seem to be quite a bit of wasteland around the area.
