We were greeted promptly and with genuine smiles and kindness. We ordered at the till with Zahra who was super kind and had a great energy. Our food was great but we were a but disappointed with the fries. However, Kimbo who I believe was a manager came over and quality checked our meal. When we expressed our opinions about the fries, Kimbo quickly got us some new ones and did it with a smile! I havnt been to nandos since I was a kid. And I'm vegan now, so we were excited to try the vegan food. I grew up in Ilford but havnt lived here for the last 10 years so visiting Ilford Nandos was nostalgic and didn't disappoint. It was all round a great experience and we were super impressed by the service above all. Great work Ilford Nandos, I hope all the staff are appreciated and rewarded because they were amazing
