Food was not as I expect from Nando’s . Really poor soggy chips , dry chicken . Dire veggie beanie .
Toilets filthy and only one had toilet paper .
I shall never waste my hard earned money there again

Terrible service at Nando’s Hempstead valley. Slow and staff are rude. Walked out fed up with waiting and being expected to stand outside in the rain whilst waiting for a table. There was lots of tables free and no one waiting. Absolute shambles of a place.

My partner and I would like to make a special thank you to Claudia the manager who went above and beyond for us. Making us feel so welcome and helping with my dietary requirements. My daughter who is 1 was so happy with her ice cream and gave so many smiles for her. So thank you again

I had a whole chicken for New Years Eve and went in with a dear friend after a long hard day of work. We initially planned a visit to another nandos but this was shut due to unforseen circumstances. This therefore lead us here. What an experience. Staff were incredibly accommodating and polite. A lovely atmosphere and just made for a lovely evening. We subsequently found out that our meal was free as a result of the year gone by and that really made our day.

We got selected for a random act of kindness as it was NYE. After a year of difficulty, especially working in the NHS it made our day

We had a large order and were served by Claudia who was extremely cheerful and welcoming. There was a problem with my nandos card which she swiftly helped sort as well. I can honestly say that one of the main reasons I keep going back to this store and not chatham which is closer to me is the brilliant service and kindness of most staff, especially Claudia (who even found my lost car keys in the restaurant a year back lol).

35 min wait for food after ordering £47 worth of just chicken! and when our 3 meals finally arrived, one was not on our order and they'd mixed up the sides so a further almost 10 mins wait for the 3rd meal- we sorted the sides out ourselves. We commented on this to the very very! busy manager, who offered us free desserts but after being in the overly noisy, sticky and slow restaurant for over an hour, the free desserts were neither appealing or any real compensation!

Loads of parking at Hempstead Valley. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious, staff were extememely friendly and helpful, went out of their way to assist us.
We now have our new favourite Nando's! (And we go to Nando's a lot!) Hempstead valley has exceeded our expectations by how much they have assisted us! The manager, Clint was amazing after we had an issue with our android pay facility, he was extememly helpful. Thank you, will be seeing you again soon!

An unexpected one-night stay on the Isle of Sheppey offered scope for a visit to a new Nando's and Hempstead Valley ticked all the boxes. If you do find yourself on the Isle of Sheppey and ask the Nando's app to tell you where your closest Nando's is, it might tell you Southend Nando's is the closest in terms of miles, but don't be fooled as the direct route would involve some fast swimming or getting on a boat!
