We had Family platter and deserts and extra sides. All staff were extremely helpful exceptional and helpful. An amazing service from Charlotta :)) (Charlotte). We will definitely come back.. 5 star all round

Go to this nandos always (at least once a week maybe twice the love is that real) always get the same food with my boyfriend and is always fantastic, only downside as it's very close to Hertfordshire uni if you want to eat there for dinner on a Friday or Saturday either go 4-5pm or 8-9pm, anywhere in between can be seriously busy! Apart from that the staff are amazing love it in there!

Apart from Abror, the staff at Nando's Hatfield are inept. We got a seat ourselves as no one came over to greet us. When the staff finally realised we had got our own table, they just whispered to themselves and stared at us. After ordering the food and it arriving they didn't even come to check on us.. is that how much they care about their customers?

I was treated especially well by Antanas who was very patient with me after problems with my payment method. He made sure that when i came back in i was able to get my food straight away and he was extremely helpful throughout the meal. great work ethic and went the extra bit to help me out.

Going anywhere on a Saturday night is going to be busy and this store is nothing different. Based in the Hatfield Galleria which is over the A1(M) a bit like a large services and the atmosphere was very much of a services store but with a much longer wait. Parking is a nightmare as whilst all the food stores and cinema stay open in the evening the multistory car park that services the centre shuts at 6 meaning a long long walk across from a outdoor ground level over flow car park ages away.

Atmosphere and food was good. Tried the chicken thighs for the first time but the size of the thighs was horrifically small. Wish I'd stick with my usual chicken breast burger!! Won't be having thighs here again

I had a flamegrilled chicken breast with rice and salad. It was pretty similar to other Nandos branches that I had been to, although I would say that staff in other restaurants were more friendly. Furthermore the restaurant was a 15 minute wait yet there were a number of empty tables through, so they may have been shortstaffed. It is in the Galleria shopping outlet, so could be nice mid shopping eat.

Good parking - pay and display multi-story and outside bays available & good bus services. Loads of outlet shops are located very close by within the galleria shopping centre as we'll as a few good bars an odeon cinema and an arcade.

An interesting Nando's with a number of problems. First staff made us wait despite free tables clearly visible. After 10 minutes we were taken to one of these empty tables. On ordering we were then told there is no tap water. Some protest eventually got us some. Food then took over 30 minutes to come and we had to ask staff where it was. Also no medium sauce bottles available! Food decent when it came. Wouldn't revisit in a hurry.

This Nando's is located in the Galleria shopping centre. There is parking here and it's reasonably cheap too.

It was a little while ago since I visited this branch, so I can't remember too much. I seem to remember it's quite a long and narrow branch, with glass windows looking out onto the walkway of the shopping centre... so not much of a view.
