This restaurant has an amazing service, We were served by a young lady named Erica , she was so friendly and showed best customer service. We are very satisfied with their service.

There was a piece of chicken made out of bones and skin. There was no meat at all. Called the restaurant got very rude answer and was basically sent away saying its not their fault. Completely ridiculous

I had the new Mozam wrap and I was very happy with the customer service, especially from one girl (Eni I think). I have been to many Nandos and by far I think this Nandos has never seemed to fail me. I always get the best treatment and even if they are busy, I dont see any customers being neglected. The food itself was also just how I specified and was very good.

EVERY single time I come into this branch, they burn my chicken. They only serve burnt, small chickens. Every single time. I hate coming here but the parking is more convenient. You're better off going to the Nandos in south harrow. It's only a few mins away and the food is always cooked to perfection.

Went there on Friday 23/12 evening to make a takeaway order-can understand they are busy on this day however the service I received was unacceptable.

If Google had told me Gayton library was five minutes from this nandos I would have found it quicker and I could've been at this branch earlier and less annoyed. Not the staff's fault I'd just been given a brush off at the library but the Nandoca asking me if I wanted the table to eat at frustrated me slightly.

The staff were so nice! They were at hand with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. Lightened up a cold day with a good comforting chicken :) Great location, got to walk around the shops and have a filling lunch with my brother who I hadn't seen for several months. Amazing staff and amazing food - what else could one wish for :)

I finally managed to drag my friend to our new local Nando’s, it was about time as I’d been living here a week and I hadn’t been yet! It’s only a 5 minute walk from my new flat which is awesome; I can go whenever I want! Nearby it has lots of shops and a cinema. Harrow-on-the-hill tube station is just a short walk away from the branch so it’s easy to get to.

Made a slight detour and popped into this one on my way back from Barnet. There was a car park just a couple minutes away which I saw and it I think it was only a £1 since it was after 6pm. This was back in late 2007 though so it may have changed since then!

Back in the days when I used to find Medium spicy, I went to Harrow Nando's for a friend's birthday on a Saturday night. As I remember, the wait was ridiculous; though perhaps asking for a table for 12 on a Saturday night was equally ridiculous.

Speed of service was also very slow, with the food being staggered so much that people had finished before others had even started. However, when it did come the food wasn't bad at all, and I left satisfied.
