Very disappointed with nandos as my daughter travelled from shotts to Glasgow for a nandos, when her dinner arrived she knocked her chicken burger on the floor by accident and staff said there was nothing they could do so very expensive for a half portion off chips as she never had enough money with her to replace it, as a business owner myself I do what ever I can to keep my customers happy and satisfied.Terrible way to treat your customers.My daughter has spent a small fortune eating in nandos and its always been her favourite, so as her parents we are disgusted in how she was treated.
