My friend suggested we visit this branch and as I hadn't been to it before I obviously said yes. It's incredibly easy to find, get the district line heading to towards Wimbledon and get off at Fulham Broadway, take the exit into the shopping centre and go up the escalators, it's on the left, and this was great as we didn't have to get lost in the cold looking for it. It's in the same place as a cinema which is just an escalator away. My first impression of this branch was that it was nothing special and I was right. I hadn't been to Nando's for ages and I was desperate for it and this branch let me down.

Food - The most disappointing part of the meal was the food, it didn't look good at all, the chicken was really hard and looked deformed, I'm not sure what happened to it, it was really hard to cut and I ended up wasting lots of it, it barely had any taste to it. My garlic bread and chips were similar, the portion of chips was tiny and the Peri-salt was scattered over a few of the chips, they didn't look very tasty either and they weren't. The garlic bread also looked nasty and lacked flavour. Glancing at my friend’s burger I thought it looked equally disappointing, they even forgot to put Peri-salt on his chips. Even my strawberry ice-cream was bad, it was frozen solid and I could barely get my spoon into it. Because of all this the food deserves a 1.5/5.

Decor - The decor in this branch was also disappointing, it had a few paintings on the walls and wooden beams on the ceiling, that's all that really stood out, it didn't have any Christmas decorations which let it down as well. I give the Decor 2/5.

Staff - The staff in this branch redeem it slightly, they were friendly and I had a chat with the
Nandoca that served me about forgetting my many loyalty cards and only having my electronic one in my wallet. We were offered dessert at the table as we should be. One odd thing was a staff member brushing his teeth in the toilets... 4/5 for the Staff.

Speed of Service - The food came in under 10 minutes, the branch wasn't very busy at 6:30 on a Thursday though. So, quick service but this might explain the disappointing food, 4/5 for Speed.

Overall this was the most disappointing visit for a while, mostly because of the bad food, I'd give this branch a 2/5 overall.
