Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
disgusted that we had to wait over an hour for our desserts. and when we asked where they were the server replied "the manager says someone ordered desserts but I can't remember who and if they want them they will ask again" I then asked to speak to the manager to which we were told she would not come to the table. this was my fiancé's 30th birthday and the full experience was ruined. the manager stood in your open kitchen having a chit chat not a care in the world for the customers while the ticket machine had orders reaching the floor. im disgusted that you allow this to happen especially when other tables came in after us were served and left all in the time we waited on desserts. I will be writing to head office regarding this as im disgusted you allow this to happen to paying customers
