table of 3 very unhappy with the service we received especially on my fiancé's 30th birthday. had to wait nearly 1 hour for desserts only got the desserts at this point because we asked what was going on to be told by a member of staff that the manager said ' someone ordered desserts but I can't remember who and if they want them they will ask again" this is disgusting customer service and when I asked to speak to the manager they wouldn't even come to the table instead they stood in the open kitchen having a chit chat with other members of staff while on an iPad and even the printer had orders reaching the floor. they totally didn't care about the customers in the restaurant. tables were coming in eating and leaving all in the time we waited for desserts. I think its disgusting that this is allowed to happen and not even an apology for the utterly shocking service we received. this could of all been sorted in the restaurant but the manager would not speak to me. I will also be writing to head office about this as im disgusted
