Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

A visit to Nando’s Feltham seemed like a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon even if the journey down the North Circular took longer than expected. On arrival in Feltham, we discovered that the 3 or 4 spaces directly outside Nando’s were all taken so we ended up parking in the Aldi car park, a mere 3 minute walk away. Parking is free for an hour even though it is supposed to be for customers only. We got away with it however!

When we got to Nando’s, we were warmly welcomed by Manager Jonny who offered us the table of our choice. Due to it being a relatively fine summer day, we opted for a table outside. Although the queue to order when we walked inside was rather long, other staff members immediately addressed the situation and within seconds, 3 tills were in action which meant our orders were taken within a couple of minutes. We were kindly offered a discount by the Manager who took an instant interest in the website and reiterated the branches perfect score from mystery shopper. I have never given a perfect score to a Nando’s but this one comes close!

Staff were noticeably friendlier than in other branches. Not only did they check up on us three times during our meal, they took a genuine interest in how we were rather than simply how the food was, great stuff! They were extremely willing to help and Manager Rodrigo was even willing to fill up my tap water for me (with ice of course).

The food took just over 10 minutes to arrive so it has to be a 3 for speed of service. When it did arrive, we were both extremely impressed. The chicken was dripping in sauce and there was lots of peri spice on the chips. One small touch which I noticed was that when I asked for some mayonnaise, it was brought over in a large brown container rather than a tiny plastic one which is beneficial for the extra extra hot sauce and mayonnaise combining operation which often goes wrong in the plastic containers!

The branch is 5 years old and has a very modern feel to it. Well worth a visit if you are not too far away (or even if you are!).

All in all, an excellent Nando’s and well worth the 3 hour round trip :)
