Nando's Fareham. Outstanding Service and a Team That Truly Cares

We have been visiting Nando’s Fareham for nearly 15 years, regularly making the journey from Southampton. For many years, it was the only halal Nando’s option available to us in Hampshire, and even though a halal Nando’s has now opened in Southampton, we still choose to make the journey to Fareham.

The reason is simple: the service and the people.

I genuinely cannot remember a single visit where the staff have not been exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. It is particularly impressive that this level of service seems consistent across the entire team. Full credit to the Nando’s restaurant managers and supervisors for creating a culture where staff clearly understand the importance of customer care, empathy and professionalism.

On our most recent visit, it was my birthday and the manager kindly offered me a complimentary refill drink. It was a small gesture, and I would have happily paid for the bottomless drinks, but it genuinely meant a lot. It made us feel valued as customers and showed that sometimes the smallest gestures can make the biggest difference.

I would also like to give a special mention to Rhia, one of the store managers, who consistently goes the extra mile to help customers. Anaother manager, James (I believe that was his name) has also been extremely helpful and professional on our visits.

We have eaten at many different restaurants across the UK, particularly in London, and have experienced a wide range of service standards. Without hesitation, the team at Nando’s Fareham stands out for the quality of food and customer service they provide.

Even though we now have a halal Nando’s much closer to home, we will continue to visit Fareham. After nearly 15 years of loyalty, I genuinely feel that the team has earned it.

Well done to the entire Nando’s Fareham team. Please keep up the fantastic work. Highly recommended!
