Enfield - Lozzy Review

This was an awful nandos trip! The service was apalling, firstly we were ignored for ages when we arrived. People were getting to the til about to order without having been given a table number yet! A trainee girl went to find us a table but never came back, the staff couldn't even find her! Eventually after about 15 minutes the mamager found us a table. We then went to order which was when the service got even worse. We ordered 1/4 chicken BREAST as we do every single nandos visit. We were then refused a breast and only given the option of a leg (because too many people had been ordering breasts - surely that's not our problem?!) If they're there why not give them to us? And yes they were there!! We pointed out we could see breast being cooked on the grill, yet were still refused breasts! As we pointed out we could see them on the grill the woman taking our order became angry and extremely rude/patronising. She did not handle it very well at all -We asked to speak to the manager...this request was seemingly ignored! I then went to the kitchen door and asked again for the manager, finally he came and we were given a breast!! The woman originally taking our order moodily refused to serve us and so someone else took our order (this time it went smoothly). We went to our table to wait for the food. It took a while to come and when it did eventually come a few things were missing! We were also told that the salad we had ordered wasn't available and we would have to order something else (why were we not told this until the rest of our food had arrived? very inconvienient!!)Parking was free in a street nearby as it was the evening.
