Went to Nando’s and had the best customer service I have ever received at the establishment. I went around 10 past 5 on Sunday, after we ordered and the drinks came over I asked for a cup for water and the big guy with a moustache(didn’t catch his name) went beyond what I asked for and asked if I wanted ice and got me a full glass of water! No other Nando’s has ever done this, when I went for my cutlery he complimented my watch and was super friendly. Even further the rest of the staff was great as-well even when I went to the till as I forgot to order sauce. Best experience thank you!
