I was in the UK as visitor and the first think I wanted to go was Nando's. I thinnk I have Nandomania! If there is Nando's in any of the cities or countries I visit I have to go! So, my hotel was in chelsea and when I got out of Earl's court station just heading to my hotel I saw it! I could not believe my luck so I just dropped in. the food was excellent grilled and juicy. But I was really impressed (comparing to other countries and other chains) that the manager was not only interested if our food was good but he was working too (it was busy day) and was mopping even the floor instead of staying at the door and giving instructions /orders to the more juniors! That is professionalism for me. In the end I ordered a dessert seemed in the photo tasty but tried and it was smg in the taste that I could not really eat it, probably a coconut ingredient that I really hate, so it was nothing wrong with the sweet , on the opposite my husband liked it but he had already his dessert so he could not really have a second one. The manager "got" probably my face and without me even asking it he offered to change my cake for smg else , and he did. It is not an attitude you meet in fast food restaurants, so I had to talk about this professionalism of his. Now I live in Reading and I visiti every 2nd week the oracle Nando's I am very happy, my kids favorite but still cannot forget the professionalism we met on The Earl's court branch. My kids want to go there for Xmas too!
