I went to this Nando’s on the 31st with my bestie. The service that we had was amazing. Special shout out to our server Angus, she was such a sweetheart. She made our time here so lovely, she was approachable, friendly and always had a smile on her face. John was an absolute gem ! Very welcoming and helpful and even took back one of my friends meals to cook the sweet corn how she liked . It’s was a fab end to a friday !

This is a place to drive to as little public transport. Foid was very hood, toilets poor and the service a bit slow

Our first Nando’s trail trip of the year brought us to number 96 in Dudley. Five of us took a Saturday morning train to Dudley Port, which is the nearest station to Castlegate Leisure Park, which houses the restaurant. Castlegate is neither near the station, or the town centre, but a full mile of walking down a straight but pretty boring road.

Manager extremely rude and dismissive will not be coming bk food was very late we had ate while the rest of the party were still waiting . Not a great experience

all the staff was very interactive with my family especially one member of staff Montel Bell. He was always checking on us making sure our meals were okay an if we needed anything.

Great food and service. We were lucky enough to sit on the terrace/ entrance to the mall. Loads of parking as it shares the merry hill shopping centre site. Although me and my partner like nandos there has never really been close enough to be a regular eater, until now with Sutton Coldfield opening soon. If I win the chance to eat for free on the dry run day(my 30th birthday) I'll definitely recommend nandos Sutton Coldfield to my colleagues at Sutton Coldfield fire station.

A pre-match Nando's was in order after a 2 hour drive from London up to the West Midlands. According to the Rate Your Nando's Map, the nearest Nando's to the Hawthorns at present is Dudley Nando's and we were pleased to find it on a lovely spring afternoon even though our sat nav struggled as the leisure park doesn't have a number. We were able to park right outside the restaurant and it was free of course, bonus!

I've been visiting this Nando's since around the time it opened (maybe 2003). It very rarely disappoints. In 2005-06 the wife and me were regulars and yes the staff always recognised us. Visit less frequently now as the kids aren't such big fans, but was pleased to find the standard is still as high as ever when visiting last week.
Externally the building is starting to show its age now. It's a stand alone and must be 10 years old. Could do with a spruce up!

Love this nandos. We are always made to feel so welcome. My Other half got discount using his NHS card. Love that nandos recognise what the public services do for us and give them credit for it! Cinema, pub and bowling alley right next to the restaurant, nandos is a perfect starting point for a fun night with friends or your partner. Plenty of parking if not right outside there is a HUGE carpark behind the cinema 1 mins walk from the restaurant!

This Nando's is just off the Birmingham Road in the Castlegate Leisure Park and has the normal culprits found at such places - a Showcase, Bowlplex, Frankie and Benny's etc. It's only a few minutes off the M5 too so pretty easy to get to. The free parking is a bonus too.
