Speedy service, I blinked and the arrived in front of me

I was really keen on a grilled chicken burger but they were off the menu due to having no bread rolls. The staff were really helpful and swapped the roll so I could order the burger I wanted. Charl was one of the staff members on shift - super helpful and welcoming. Thank you!

No stock of food.
It's not like you have a huge menu to deal with.
No rice
No mashed potato
No chicken wings
No coleslaw.
The other shop in the town is closed for refurbishment, sure the sensible decision is take in more stock to cope with the possible higher demand.
Poor management.
Sort it out it's not rocket science.

I have visited this resteraunt twice in the past few weeks. Once for a meal and once to pick up a take away. One member of staff (Joe Seale) stuck out... he was so quick to come over each time I walked in to assist me and was very helpful/informative. Other staff were very friendly and smiley also. The food was great, especially the wine cocktail!! Thanks nandos team on the market place!!! Sarah A, Belper :)

An evening at Derby Guildhall to see Festival of the Spoken Nerd meant an afternoon in Derby which inevitably included a Nando's visit to the remaining establishment that I was yet to visit. Conveniently, this Nando's is located right opposite Guildhall right at the heart of the city centre.

My partner and I had the full platter and a red pepper dip to start, the food was (and always is) exceptional. Very tasty and hot and it felt like we had loads to eat, I left feeling very full indeed. The staff at this nandos in particular are always amazing, so friendly and attentive, they make it feel like you are their best friend and can't do enough to help you out. I come here all the time and can't recommend it enough, wouldn't dream of going to a different nandos.

Derby Market place Nando's has got to be the best one we have experienced, and let me tell you we have visited a few with my family or dining as a couple. Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Sheffield, York to name but a few and nothing comes close to Derby. Derby is not our closest Nando's' but defiantly worth the travel.

We visited Nandos Derby as its our favourite place, this was also the day of our engagement. Even though it was torrential rain outside and there was a power cut halfway through our meal. The staff could not have done anything more to make us feel welcome and at ease and it made a special day different but equally romantic sat with little light in the room.. Thanks derby for looking after us and see you again soon because customer service like that is why we will return again and again..

I've been to Nando's many many times (just filled up my second loyalty card and am yet to use my free chicken!) and this visit was to celebrate a friend visiting from Spain. Bit of a squash fitting 7 people in one of those booths but we just about managed it. Staff were friendly and I am an awkward customer (no mayo, no tomato) and that was all taken care of well.
