Easily found by car just off the A23 heading towards London, a half mile walk from Waddon Marsh tram stop or just under a mile walk from Waddon train station. On the complex are other eateries, a Tenpin bowling alley and a Vue cinema - also an Ikea.

Parking:

There are hundreds of free spaces on this sprawling complex - but be aware the large car park in front of DFS closes at 9pm! Just make sure you do not park behind the barriers as they ARE locked.

This was my favourite Nandos, However it has gone down hill. Flys are everywhere!! dirty cutlery, the chicken looked like it was boiled and then put on the grill for 2 seconds. The salad was rotten and smelly. I got food poisoned. Called to speak to the manager and he was very rude over the phone and no customer skills. Never again Nandos!

I normally visit the valley park Nando’s in Purley way for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised when I asked for a drink and the manager said she would give me a free one! She was so kind and happy to help! A great manager to her team I presume :)

We took the children to nandos and had to wait 40 minutes for a table, once we ordered at 16:35pm the food didnt arrive until 17:15. We ordered a platter for 2, 3 nandinos meals and 1 beanie burger, to our complete and utter disgust the food was severely cold and we found hair in the beanie burger. Even though the matter was dealt with we didn't enjoy the meal. 0 stars for nandos this time.

Like 101 in Ashton Moss, Nando’s 102 is in an out of town retail park, close by an IKEA. Unlike 101, the visit to Nando’s 102 wasn’t great. We arrived in Croydon after work on a Wednesday and made our way over on the tram to the other side of the sprawling car park of the Valley “Leisure” Park complex, passing by the IKEA, the McDonald’s, a bingo hall and a bed shop, before reaching the relatively small Nando’s. Even from outside, we knew there’d be a wait involved.

A trip to the adjacent IKEA isn't done without a trip to Nando's,

Entered the outlet and was seated immediately, at table number 7 which is just as you enter, to the left hand side.

Ordering was fairly quick, with the trainee Nandoca managing the order very well and with a certain charm which I liked!

Terrible.

I ordered online but still had to wait 15 mins when i arrived - the staff made me queue then changed their minds and gave me the food.

I had called in advance to request the new fat free dressing on the menu and was told to pick it up on arrival. Once there no one knew what it was - despite asking 3 ppl!

this branch was not the easiest to reach on public transport. plus my map reading skills let us down when we reached the leisure park. it's an extremely busy retail park, & think if we'd driven we might've struggled to find a parking space. 20minute wait for a table, so we went to the arcade/bowling alley next door for alcoholic refreshments. needless to say we'd missed the table on our return. the greeter was very nice and gave us the next free one. well done that young lady!

I can understand why not many people have done a review of this branch as it is so very far out of the way. However a two hour journey by bus and extra walking saw us into this complex for our second Nando's of the week, mine Jackie's and an extra friend for this nandventure.

Staying in Purley for a night gave the chance to visit one of the Croydon branches - so I opted for the one on Valley Leisure Park. This is easily found by car just off the A23 heading towards London, a half mile walk from Waddon Marsh tram stop or just under a mile walk from Waddon train station.
