Awful experience. Waitress was VERY rude. Instead of explaining that hot chocolate is only available in selected stores, she chose to cut me off when I challenged as to why I can't have as it's on the menu. I later read it myself on the menu but she choked me off saying we don't serve that here. My grandson ordered the wings, it was bloody. Never will I return again. A really bad experience for my grandson who returned to SA for a visit from the UK and he really wanted SA Nandos as opposed to UK Nandos. He now prefers UK. Nando's Cresta ruined that experience.
