Cris was friendly as always and the food was perfect as always the chard corn i tried was wonderful and Rico was very friendly as always I would definitely recommend for family and friends to come in think they would love it here

Great service.
We got particularly friendly service and conversation from an employee called Shannnon O and she was doing a great job cleaning all tables, chairs and was on her hands and knees making sure everything was spotless. She also got us salt and mayonnaise when we asked for it and was always happy to help. Please make sure this review reaches her manager at the Colchester Head Street restaurant. Thank you.

We ordered 3 nandinos, wing plater and a chickhen burger.. The staff Leah, Demi and kayleigh provied Hold standard customer service. Even thou the place was very busy the staff were very welcoming, friendly and the food was yummy. I would highly recomend .

The staff at the colchester head street Leah, Demi and kayleigh provided us with the Gold standard customer service, They were welcoming, friendly and the overall food experience was outstanding. We had 3 Nandinos a wing plater and a grilled chichen burger. I hope the dtaff mentioned above is recognized for their hard work.

Staff were all friendly and helpful but one stood out especially. We had trouble using the qr code ordering system and asked for help. Telma/Tolma? was incredibly helpful and made us feel very comfortable where we were confused. Our food arrived promptly and we could enjoy our meal. She noticed that it was our daughter's birthday and offered her a free dessert. This was very thoughtful of her and we thought she was very professional.

I have been to Nando’s in Colchester town an uncountable amount of times in the past and never had an issue, it’s always my first choice in my local town and I always recommend it to friends usually.
I ordered the chicken thighs in the special pitta, medium, peri chips and coleslaw and a beer and all started well.

On a Tuesday night, The Nando’s Quest brought myself and three friends to Colchester for number 82. This was not my first visit to Colchester’s Nando’s, in fact, I’d say this is probably in my top three most visited (due to knowing locals). As it was rather late in the evening, we were able to park up for free on the nearby high street and simply walk over to the restaurant.

Chicken wings, Medium spice, EXTRA HOT Sauce, Garlic sauce, Corn on the Cob, chips.

Chicken wings were AMAZING, OUT OF THIS WORLD! The rest was it's superior Nando's average.

Park at St Mary's car park (I think, not 100% on name) It's the one that has the bridge that goes over the main road and on the other side the old roman wall and mercury theatre is located there.

I went there with some friends to celebrate victory after a Battle of the Bands. I had an extra hot butterfly chicken with chips, and for some reason it wasn't as hot as I expected (however, many of my friends found it TOO hot).

This exceptionally well appointed Nandos is at the end of one of the main roads in Historic Colchester a small stones throw from the city walls. Parking is a great issue unless your disabled in which case Colchester has more then ample.
Parked at Vineyard gate car park which has a offer for 50p on sunday afternoons but is a bit of a walk.

Put Speed and Quality on average for this visit BECAUSE-- we intended on eating at Nando's today (17-8-11) but when we entered and answered the standard Nando's questions, we were told that they weren't making any grill items (chicken on the bone, etc) because their grill was broken. The staff were very apologetic and friendly despite this, and did not seem annoyed when we decided not to eat. A shame, as I had a free chicken to redeem!

Additional comments: The Nando's in Colchester is located just off the High Street - a minute walk from the Odeon cinema and is also close to the heart of the town centre shopping, so anytime of the day you can expect it to be busy. It's also not very big inside at all so expect to wait for a table. I was in a group of four and had a 20 minute wait to be seated - which was fine for me! It was about 7pm, so more than expected really.
