Started off well, got seated when busy. Sat there and waited for food, after 40 min noticed others after we arrived getting served. Spoke to who I assume was the floor manager, she was rude. Blamed the delay on it being a busy day and what we ordered. Left it another 15 minutes no update from her. So requested are money back. She again abrupt rude and dismissive told me to speak to the duty manager. Awful manners, no people skills. It's essentially chicken and chips and she failed to deliver.
