Unwelcoming staff at the till. Stroppy manager when asked if I could change something simple as a bun to a wrap. Paid extra. Crap attitude & absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever.
.Would most definitely never visit this Nandos again.

The supervisor forgot to put the order on so we was waiting over 25 minutes for food which is unacceptable, the supervisor did say he would give us something to reassure but then ran of to the back of the building when we asked

I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception and as my take away order wasn’t ready, she offered me a free drink whilst I waited! Really friendly and a lovely clean environment

This Nando's is on Cheshunt Retail Park (Brookfield Shopping Centre) taking up a unit within the big Tesco Extra. This means you get 3 hours free parking. It's also about 1.5 miles from Cheshunt rail station.

Stopped into here on a Wednesday afternoon and it was fairly busy with the food coming in just under 15 minutes.

Staff are amazing. Been too many nandos, the staff at chestnut retail park are so friendly and welcoming.

I have to say that I have never had such an amazing friendly experience in nandos like this one in cheshunt, the staff explained sone great stuff about the sauce and was so welcoming, I don't usually write reviews but I had to as me and my friend felt like these guys knew us for years lol especially deano and ben....top guys...il defo be back

Been here on numerous occasions and I cannot give enough credit to the staff and their friendliness. The staff are amazing and have always been so polite. I have never been to a Nandos where everyone is so happy and willing to help. Thank you so much
