Had to wait 15 minutes after my girlfriend got her good, food arrived and it was cold. Waitress said manager would come out to speak, waited 15 minutes and no sign. Awful service, staff were very apologetic though.

I had medium butterfly chicken Jess was absolutely amazing with her service!! I didn't see her stop working once! She checked up on our food and made sure everything was ok she was very apologetic about the wait and her smile lit up the room. Will definitely be coming again places need more staff like Jess!!

Ordered a Nando’s delivery with Deliveroo. Didn’t receive both burgers which were ordered. Spent £45 and didn’t have dinner to show for it. My daughter phoned the manger at Cheshire Oaks (Scott) he was so unhelpful and rude!!!! Absolutely won’t be eating at Nando’s again!!!!

I really loved my meal and drinks with my family and hope to be going there soon need to clean the tables and say what to do when we order and lighting wasn't too bad either.

Cheshire Oaks Nandos is right next to Vue Cinema so I go most wednesdays as it's Orange Wednesdays at the Cinema and the fast service and great, friendly service from this Nandos means I can relax without stressing if I'm going to make it to my movie or not! The staff are ALWAYS smiling and friendly, they always offer desserts and coffees, they also make conversation at the till point but not too much as to create a queue, the music is perfect volume and it's very clean.

the midday rush was just about to start so we beat the crowds by minutes, and they were busy crowds due to the shopping/entertainment center nature of the location.
The staff were very friendly, one even asking where my t-shirt was from, and the others were very polite when I asked for plates/knives forks. There weren't many around but rectification was very quick.

Nando's 31 was in Cheshire Oaks retail outlet park, once the largest retail outlet park in Europe, and situated in the area of England with the highest robbery rate.

The Nando's itself is situated nearby a bowling alley, closed-sown daycare nursery, and several other chain restaurants.

Inside it's not massive, but decorated impressively in places, with a nice skylight, and barrel alcove table.

as a regular customer to nandos i have been to quite a few of your restaurtants up and down the country from the northwest were i live to london visiting family.i was very disappointed with the service at cheshire oaks i had to ask for the peanuts several tims.the main meal came to the table befor the starter witch had been on the hot plate for about 10 minutes.

This Nando's in on the Cheshire Oaks Retail Park - which has just about every restaurant/fast food outlet you can think of, together with a couple of supermarkets, a cinema and many more shops - so there are hundreds and hundreds of free parking spaces.
