Queued for more than 30 minutes to place a take away order while the lady working on the till nervously served one customer for more than 15 minutes. After a lengthy time we managed to place our take away order and then we waited another 40 minutes for the food. When we asked we were informed that the order had been incorrectly entered as eat in and it was given to table 11. We had to wait some more to get our food after which we got a curt apology.

I am very disappointed today I ordered platter but that was very dry and cold chicken. I send it back then they gave us same stuff but uncooked from inside. what I want to asked them they refuses me. I am very disappointed today.

Staff was exceptional, Staff manager RIZ was outstanding especially when he realised that we were coming straight form work and was very hungry he found us a table very quickly and we thank him for moving so swiftly. The food especially the chicken just fell off the bone and the flavours was very good. We surly will visit again for our dinner

The cashier that served me, named Gabriele had a bad attitude and was severely impatient. Her customer service was extremely poor and she didn’t even bother to have talk to us, let alone smile. However the food was of good quality and the rest of the employees were nice and friendly.

Danison was super friendly and helpful. We wanted to sit in a booth and this was sorted for us. Emela was also nice and helpful. Very happy with the service.

We found Emilla and Jay to provide fantastic service, we ordered 3 platters between two adults and three children and something we always do. We always order the two first and as soon as it arrives we order the third so that when it arrives we are still eating and the food is hot. Amazing service and always happy with this place. Sorry I left a review for Romford but I didn’t know what this branch comes under... I couldn’t find goodmayes so put Romford down instead.

We waited for 45 mins and food was cold and we have to go twice to ask where is food.

The manager of the store must be fire as he doesn’t know how to respect and show importance to customer. The manager offer free coffee we asked for replace he said no possible we wait our money back or free return meal what we ordered.

Sarah she just ignore and walk away with states finger is burn. She was not interested when we told her food is cold and there is no Nando’s taste there.

This Nando's is located on the Goodmayes retail park and offers three hours free parking. Goodmayes train station is less than half a mile walk away.

An interpreting job at the West Ham training ground was followed by a visit to a local new Nando's which is sure to be a huge hit! Chadwell Heath Nando's is impossible to miss as you drive down the High Road. There's ample free parking right outside and lovely high ceilings to greet you as you come in.
