**Do Not Order Delivery—Consistently Disappointing**
Every time we order delivery, the food arrives burned—it's truly unacceptable. This is particularly frustrating because when dining in the restaurant, the experience is completely different and much better. It gives the impression that they reserve the burned food for delivery orders, not realizing that some of us, like myself, are disabled and depend on these meals. Being left without food for the day is not just inconvenient, it's distressing.
On top of that, our order with Deliveroo was 50 minutes late, and the food was cold. Both Nando’s and Deliveroo have a lot of room for improvement. When I called to address the issue, I was met with rudeness from customer service on both ends. As a disabled person, I saved for four weeks to enjoy a special Friday meal with my husband, only to be left with nothing, and told by Nando’s Carlisle that they were too busy to provide a replacement. The lack of empathy, problem-solving, and basic customer care is appalling.
