I am disappointed, I have been a few times now and they are all the same. Staff are always stood in groups chatting with one another. I walked in the door and it look about 5 minutes for me to be seated even though it wasn't that busy and when I was seated I was given a dirty table! it was sticky and had sauce on it. I asked a waitress to clean the table and she kind of huffed and rolled my eyes, her name badge read "G" so don't know her name but even so - quite unprofessional (and the name badge too). I went to the front to order and the same waitress was there and she told me to order off the app and walked away from the till. I wasn't too bothered so I went back to the table and ordered off the app. When the food arrived it was nice, I had the sunset burger and peri chips. The chicken was a bit burnt but I like a bit of a crunch. Overall, since covid, this place hasn't been the same, it looks like lazy staff who stand in circles and chat rather than focusing on custOmer service.
