This store close to Camden markets and the large Morrisons has a few on road car parking spaces nearby which charge 20p for 7.5 minutes (£1.60 an hour) max stay 2 hours. The store has a large glass front, inside I felt it was a bit too bright and too quiet on the music front which added to a not so good atmosphere reminiscent of a local authority canteen. There is no disabled access toilet in store with the toilets up on the 1'st floor at the back of the store so it isn't a place I could bring my mother to. The toilets were clean and smart with black stone sinks and a curved wall. The main feature of the store is a hole in a wall with sauce bottles around it. There were a few good paintings on the walls though.

Getting served the woman at the till looked like I had just squat and dumped on her counter when I pulled out my Scottish Nandos reward card and glared at me for a minute not saying anything before I said "its a reward card". Her response "I don't think we take it" to which I replied "you do, try swiping it". She then took my card swiped it and of course it worked!!! She not happy with this then took my card saying "I'm going to ask some one!". She then disappeared off out the back for 5 minutes leaving me waiting and at least 2 other members of staff coming across to attempt to serve me and spotting the till was already swiped walked off. I was fuming!!! She never asked if she could take my card off, if she needed advice as she is that useless at her job she needs to check everything with her boss and doesn't read the Nandos emails sent out she could at least have had the courtesy to go get the manager and leave my card at the till. And why take so long!!! were they phoning head office or going through the training manual looking for the answer or just having a fag break out back . This did not best please me and all lack of apology upon your return with "ok you can use it, I thought you couldn't" spurted out of a frown. This set my experience at the store. The younger girl with auburn hair who was welcoming however was friendlier which is the only reason the store doesn't get a 0.

When my chicken came out it was burnt on the main piece of breast and quite dry which again didn't endear me to this store, the reason they don't score lower is that the chips were very plentiful, hot and nice with lots of nice peri sprinkle so excellent for chips and the rice was also good. The frozen yoghurt machine was out of order so I couldn't get one for dessert either.

Don't plan to come back to this store.
