My crew and I ended up leaving the restaurant after waiting over 40 minutes for starters. There was no cutlery, we were given plastic and made to walk to the front every time we wanted to order something else.
Starters were sub par as was the rest of the experience at this restaurant (40 mins for a Caesar salad???). The staff was generally very nice, however we really didn’t experience much interaction let alone hospitality. Overall pretty disappointing experience which is disheartening as we had heard good things about Nando’s. I’m not sure if the staff was perhaps having an off day, (they had been noticeably busy before we arrived, but the restaurant was almost empty then.) but I at least expect better service than what we had received.
