Appalling attitude from staff; server tonight was not happy. She brought glasses over for our drinks- did not say a word and snatched a menu that was being held out of my friends Hand. She proceeded to then stand at the host stand drinking a Greggs coffee and scroll on her phone. I have never experienced such bad customer service. All staff looked miserable and like they did not care. Very disappointing visit.
