Life is full of good and bad days and unfortunately today was a bad day . I decided to treat myself to a Nando’s and it was the right decision for these reasons : Connor greeted me with such a warm and calming attitude and Nethmi took her time to package my order and make sure that I left with everything that I needed . I left Nando’s today with a smile that grew larger once I started eating my meal . Today’s experience really uplifted my Spirits !

Can I just with Ben the Manager of the restaurant? Polite, professional with a warming and welcome persona. Ben helped me get a better saving with my food, he was patient with my large order, and gave the food in a exceptional timely manner. Even though an order was missed of accidentally on my meal it was quickly rectified within 5 minutes! I had 1/2 chicken with two sides. There was also another two staff members who really stood out to me with their politeness and hospitality.

Staff are friendly, outstanding person is Raymond. He’s always welcomes me and always acknowledges me if not serving me. Amazing service.

4 boneless thighs (hot), peri salt chips and garlic bread. The chicken was very dry, the chips were very soggy and not enough peri salt, and the garlic bread was very tough and tasted stale. The food was left on the side for far too long as the miserable staff members walked past it while glancing at it to go and do other jobs such as whipping down surfaces. For what was such a good Nando’s, this trip was especially poor. 3/4 members of the group felt strongly disappointed

All in all, it was a very tasteful experience. Staff were great, and the meal was lovely. Took around 20 minutes for the food the be ready for collection (I ordered online) but they were very busy so I wasn't too fussed.

All staff were really friendly but one stood out (Oban) as he was extremely helpful making sure everything was ok. Really chatty and polite and a real asset to the team. Deffjently come back because of the service let alone the great food.

Unique aspect was the Yougurt. Really cheap and really nice flavour - mango.

Parking was good as can park in the many spaces Infront.

This Nando's is located on the Abbey Wood retail park, which is anchored by a large Asda. There are some other shops too, like Matalan, Next and Pets at Home and a couple of other eateries (such as McDonalds). It does mean there are hundreds of free parking spaces and Filton Abbey Wood train station is just a few minutes walk away too.

This branch is part of the Abbey wood retail complex and shares a car park with Mc Donalds and a large Asda. The car park was geared up for the Asda and therefore you have to cross over a busy entrance road to get to the Nandos. Once over the road the store it at the edge of its own piazza with a interesting marque like structure over benching.
