Bradford - Leisure Exchange - Anonymous Review

On arrival there was no one to greet us as a large table were being seated. I was in a party of four and a lady whom seemed a little bit stressed was looking at the tables to see where she could seat us. There were a few tables free but they were all dirty, then a male member of staff signalled that he'd get them cleaned immediately.
We sat at our table and that part of the service was what you'd expect. We all ordered and an uninterested member of staff served our food and walked away. She them came back over with the same nonchalant attitude and mumbles is the food ok, no eye contact and didn't seem to want to be at work. The name of this member of staff was Zara, we were given a sheet with her name on it to provide feedback on the service.We left after we ate. During our meal our server seemed happy to stand around talking with another female member of staff than engaging with diners and clearing tables. There were other members of staff doing most of the work which showed a distinct imbalance in teamwork.
