We had such a lovely experience at Nando’s Bolton! A special thank you to Sally, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made sure we were well looked after throughout our visit. Fantastic service with a lovely smile!

Our server Sally was very friendly and provided great service. She made us feel very welcome and coudnt do more for us. It made our experience very enjoyable and will definitely be returning to this one. Thanks

Visited tonight & must give a special mention to Sally (The Vaults Bolton). Friendly, professional & such a joy….LOVED HER! Give the lady a raise, she deserves it! The food was great, service exceptional and we ended up staying 3 hours chatting which says it all. Thank you Nandos Bolton & thank you Sally!!!

Table of 7 and meal arrived so quickly. Everyone loved their food. Sally was a great host and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to the whole team for a great experience.

Waited an hour for our mains. With two kids aswell. Initially told after 50mins they couldn’t say when our food would be there. We were told that it’s busy at weekends cause deliveroo has a 50% offer on. Like that was a reasonable explanation?! Shocking.

This Nando’s was amazing, really great service, attentive staff, a couple of hiccups but the manager (Drew?) came over and resolved them immediately.
Definitely coming back with my family for another amazing night out!
Great service, lovely, caring staff who helped us throughout the night, nothing was too much as we weee a large group with all ages.
And of course, fantastic food!
A big thank you to all the Bolton staff of Nando’s!!

A huge thanks to the waiter who, when I once again mourned the discountinued Peri Pomegranate Dressing (gone but never forgotten), suggested Peritame sauce and then brought us some. It's no peripom but it was delicious.

My experience at Nandos today was incredible the staff were amazing treating me so well after my card being declined through an act of kindness i was granted to the meal for free.
The people there were so friendly and i had never felt so more welcome.

Toby was the kindest most helpful server I have ever had, was professional, courteous, well dressed and when not dealing with customers was always cleaning, I will come again just for the service . The food was excellent also.

I live very close to this Nandos, it is in the town centre of Bolton so very easily accessible with local public transport also available nearby. There is parking available in the shopping centre, which is often very busy. The bus station is about an 5 minutes walk away and the train station is about 10.

We were welcomed and seated by a man called Christian who immediately noticed that I am about 9 months pregnant and so took us to a nice big table. He went out of his way to make sure we had plenty of space and i was comfortable. Thank you Christian!

Sarah welcomed us to our 1st time at Nandos. What a lovely lady.Explained everything to us, served us at the table and really took care of us. the setting in the vaults is outstanding.Food excellent. No doubt that we will soon be going back there.

Stopped into this Nando's on a very sunny afternoon in Bolton. It's located in the Market Place shopping Centre, which is easily found by car and is well sign-posted. Market Place has its own parking and is charged Mon-Sat 0-90mins FREE, 1.5-2.5hrs/£1, 2.5-3.5hrs/£2, 3.5hrs+/£4, Sun 0-90mins FEE, 1.5hrs+/£1 (open until midnight each night).
