I entered the outlet, and was immediately greeted by an incredibly friendly Nandoca, who asked me if I had been to Nando's before. I replied 'Not this one!' to which I recorded the response 'Welcome to Bull Ring Nando's my friend, let me show you to a table', and he took me to a table (23) with such a huge smile. This was the start of something special.

After a quick ponder of the menu, I went to order. Sadly, there was a huge queue with two tills open, but quickly it was all hands to the Peri pump, and four tills were open getting through orders. I was served by Andrea, who was very enthusiastic and happy to talk too, it was a delight and I didn't really mind the wait after that! Food ordered, I travelled via the cutlery and drink area, which were well stocked, to my table.

I waited 12 minutes for my meal, which is quite good considering I waited a considerable amount of time to order. I ordered a chicken burger mango and lime with Pineapple, spicy rice, and side salad. The meal looked very appealing, and the plate wasn't too hot which is a good sign. The portion sizes were also very big! The bun was incredibly soft, chicken nice and hot, covered in spice. The pineapple complimented the mango juice incredibly well. The tomato was a bit mushy, but the lettuce very crisp. The side salad was equally as good, a nice variety of lettuce supplied, and the spicy rice nice and hot.

As you enter, there is a large open waiting area for pending Nando's diners, which has the till and grill immediately after it. In front of this is the drinks and cutlery area. Seating is split in to two areas. One large section which wraps around a central column, with a variety of seats next to the windows, and a number of booths against the wall. The second bit is a little more snug, with a few tables and is at the rear of the outlet near the toilets. Many of the columns around the outlet are decorated, some with Nando's art, some with fancy paint, some with bottle tops which gives a beautiful affect.

There are some lovely pieces of Nando's decor here, with numerous pieces of artwork against the walls, and writing on the walls. There are also a few plants strategically placed around the outlet.

The staff here are fantastic. Couldn't do enough for me, so happy, really makes the difference. Big thumbs up to the Bull Ring Nando's staff!

This is certainly an outlet to re-visit. Located in the heart of the Bullring shopping centre, near St Martins Church, this outlet is easily reached from New Street and Moor Street rail stations, and buses from across Birmingham. Parking is aplenty in the Bull Ring too.
