Worst Nando’s experience I’ve ever had! Only for it already been paid for in the app we would have walked out half way through the meal. First of all our starter came out no cutlery, in the middle of eating our starter the main arrived pushed starter aside to start main and main was already freezing seconds after it arrived at the table, at this stage still no drinks had arrived, missing things from
Orders, chips were missing from partners order and when they did come they wernt cooked through and were freezing, my corn on a cob wasn’t cooked and was hard. Also very hard to get waiters attention there was 4 floating about and not one person made eye contact or anything after my partner and me both trying to get each of their attention everytime they walked by! I had to get up of my seat several times to get the the things that were missing which I don’t mind but we were told not to get up of our seats they would come to us! We are normally very easily
Pleased and have never had any issues as bad as this ever, understandable if the place was busy but it wasn’t I’ve seen Bedford street bursting at the seems and had better customer experience than this! I wouldn’t normally complain and have never complained but something had to be said about today because it was that bad!
