We have visited plenty of times- as a family,as this is our place to go dine out,as our kids are picky eaters,but a chicken & Nando’s Lemon & Herb sauce- is a winner for them.
In fact we always ask (have offered to pay for it) for takeaway sachets of lemon and herb sauce - as my children would eat chiken at home if sauce is present, it’s about the healthiest thing they eat,otherwise they would live on French fries.

We were in for lunch & served by a lovely young man I watched how when asked for anything by other customers nothing was a bother definitely an asset to your restaurant he should get an employee of the restaurant award

Disappointed with the amount of things not available. Told drinks were being delivered to table took over 10mins. My chips were cold apart from the top ones that had been kept hot under the lamp. Been going nandos for years.

Came in yesterday around 6pm, the staff were all great, the food was perfect. I had Hollumi sticks as a starter and Hot chicken wrap with Garlic Bread as a main. A member of staff "Stephanie" even refilled my drink I was treated exceptionally well.

I have to mention Sam .. the last few times I’ve been in take away or to sit in she has exceptional customer service. I work in similar industry and would love Sam to work with us because she oozes class and is brilliant at what she does. Friendly warmth and attentive.

I do not know her I thought it was worth mentioning .

Katelyn was out waitress and couldn’t do enough for us. Really a credit to have staff like her. Obviously workers tips have probably gone down due to the amount card payment but she really deserves it an I think you should have a option for this like a tap an tip for the end

we have been to this store so many times and honestly, this visit was out first negative experience due to the very unhelpful manager called Anto. The waiting staff themselves were lovely as always, especially Stephanie who couldn't have helped more albeit with Anto trying his best to not let her.

Staff were all absolutely lovely. We had our 5 year old daughter with us and they couldn't do enough. Everytime we come here the staff are really lovely. We asked for our chicken skin well done and it was cooked to perfection. Thanks for a lovely Friday evening meal!!

Absolutely pathetic how the menus have changed for the children to force customers to buy adult meals to satisfy kids who liked the option of garlic bread. No spicy rice on the menu whilst actively watching staff eating it on their break. NHS discount of 20percent? Absolute nonsense. Used to love Nandos, it was our favourite place to eat as a family. Massive decline i am afraid.

Had quarter chicken and chips plus kids chicken strips and chips really long wait only one server taking plates to tables despite I would say a dozen meals ready at service area she kept taking dirty plates to kitchen could see my meals wanted to go and lift them myself no urgency too slow food average at best regretted not going to noodle bar or KFC outside won't be rushing back or recommending to my friends I'm afraid

This was my first visit to Nando’s and based on it I will not be back.My food was cold and I had to wait 25 minutes for it.NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.Have NEVER complained about food before but if the food doesn’t improve this restaurant will not last long.It doesn’t matter if the restaurant looks good and staff are friendly if the food is rubbish!!!

Our satisfaction mainly due to our brilliant server Shauna Giles .... excellent customer service in all aspects of our visit . Going again this evening . We visit nandoes regularly as a family and with friends. Victoria square , boucher rd and Dublin road. Usually eat fillet burgers, piitas , wraps and advocado and quinoa salads etc. Abbeycentre will now be our local restaurant as we live quite close ,so hopefully this high standard will continue !

Stopped into this Nando's on a Wednesday evening around 6pm - so it was pretty busy and mostly with parents and kids still in school uniform... so maybe there was a parent's evening just gone on... It's on Abbey Centre Retail Park, which is quite big. Nando's is easily spotted as you drive around the whole complex, so just pull in and park nearby. There are hundreds and hundreds of free parking spaces all around the retail park too.
