We went for dinner on Sunday evening adults and kids. We sat in 2 different tables. The children 's table were 4 of them. My 2 girls wait for chicken wings and chips more than 25 min. We all were eating. I went to the manager for asking the plate he was rude and questioned me.. Didn't say sorry for the delay. He gave just 2 free ice-cream instead of 4 where in that table there were 4 kids. So rude and unprofessional manager. I don't go there again.

I had wonderful service greeted when I came in a tall black man curly hair ,name is Luther I think had a smile asked me so many questions if I been here before also allergies. He was very prompt checked in to see if everything was ok

Waited for ages asked wear food was just ignored by the cooks I say cooks because they are no way chefs with that attitude waited ages for manager only to find out they don't no what happened asked for refund took ages cooks just stood there giving out nasty looks asked for a beer they didn't no what I ment and said they didn't have any then another said we have some out back and got one didn't get any food they never bothered to cook it after word with manager customer service was a disgrace

We had just walked in and me and my mate where sat quickly to a nice small table just perfect for us. The member of staff as tall, skinny and had brown curly hair. He was very chatty and welcoming which made us feel really comfortable. Cracking jokes and making us feel like valued customers. Great service defiantly be back again

A very interesting visit for all the wrong reasons.

Went to this branch with DJ Damien and the gang as this was the 92nd restaurant opened in the UK. I've never been to Bedford before but I'm glad there's no other Nando's so I never have to go again. It's about a 15 minute walk from the train station on the other side of the main high street just next to the Bedford Bridge.

Nando’s 92 was in Bedford, a place that I knew little about, except for that I see the name up as the final destination of several trains that run through my area. The train service seemed to be running a slightly shoddy weekend service, but with a couple of changes, we made it to Bedford for a late lunch.

we had a full platter of chicken,yummy fries and salad..Nandos salad is one of the best
who can go past the peri peri seasoning! Honestly!! this place i visit regularly, and each time has consistantly delivered great food!

I visited on Easter Monday mainly to have the sweet potato wedges I had loved few days earlier in the Milton Keynes - Centre location (see separate review) again.

I order the Churrasco Thigh Burger (medium) with sweet potato wedges, macho peas and a soft drink. I also separately ordered the white chocolate raspberry swirl cheesecake.

Visited Bedford Nandos with my girlfriend for a quick meal before the cinema. We arrived at the Bedford branch and were greeted politely by a member of staff who showed us to a table. The décor was good but not great, although I hadn't come for the view! I had a butterfly chicken breast with sweet potato and my girlfriend had a chicken pita with chips. We were served quickly and they remembered the extra mayonnaise that I had asked for when ordering.

This store is on the edge of the river front close to the town centre just over from the church and by the bridge and with the Swan hotel and Boer war memorial on the other side. The interior of the store wasn't that great and looked tired. The store didn't feel that full but the queue to get served was gigantic. The staff were so and so and didn't really have the gleam.

Very diss appointing! Girl who took my order constantly yawning. Not friendly in the least. Forgot to give me my change.
Had to be reminded and even with that was not apologetic in the least. Ordered chicken that was over done. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Well let just say this wasn't a great nandos experience going here. not many places to park nearby as the place is near a busy part of bedford. Not well like outside and when you walk past it make you not want to go in.

i think that nando's is the most enjoyable food ive ever come across, the ingredients are so tasty just wants me to eat even more, every time i want to eat something tasty and nice NANDO'S comes in my my first thing, my local branch is bedford the atmosphere is brilliant the music playing in the back ground the smile on the staff faces makes me so welcoming, i recommend everyone to eat at nando's if they havnt before but i do warn them that they will get hook on it as i am .

This Nando's is right at the end of the High Street - and fortunately for me, it was a short walk from where I was working. Otherwise, unless you can park at a car park (I'm not sure if any are nearby), I would say that parking is scarce.

On this occasion it was just a lunch for me - work shirt and all, so I stuck to chicken breast burger and dabbed over with some Extra Hot sauce. It was as you expect and not too dry!
